Public Housing Services

THC offers its expertise in providing land acquisition and relocation services to public housing agencies.  Cities are promoting urban renewal through the acquisition of inner city properties for conversion to public housing.  The goal of these programs is to acquire poorly maintained vacant or dilapidated properties and convert them into aesthetically pleasing structures for the indigent.  Most of these programs rely on federal funding and thus require the acquisition and relocation process to follow the Uniform Relocation Act and HUD Handbook #1378 guidelines.
