Relocation Assistance

Frequently, the acquisition of a property involves moving the contents of a home, apartment, church or business. THC personnel are sensitive to the disruptive nature of moving and are trained to “hand hold” the property owner throughout the relocation process to ensure a satisfactory experience. THC services include development of a Relocation Plan, relocation assessment interviews, determination of eligibility benefits, determination of moving payments and management of the relocation grievance process.
