THC, Inc. was established in January of 1994 to provide land acquisition and noise mitigation services for airports, highway departments, utility companies, municipalities and governmental agencies. The firm’s President, Joe A. Carroll, founded the company on the belief in treating clients, homeowners, and employees with respect and courtesy.
