Team Approach

Programs involving land acquisition, relocation or noise mitigation require a large number of services to be provided to ensure success. In addition, we recognize there are interactive relationships among the program participants.  The three primary participants in land acquisition or noise mitigation programs are Property Owners or Tenants, the Contractor Community (contractors, sub-consultants) and the Program Sponsor (airport authority, local city or county government). We believe that equally meeting the needs of each participant is essential to implementing a successful land acquisition or noise mitigation program.

We fully understand the dynamics of a team-oriented program

At THC, we understand the importance of the team concept for projects like yours. We coach all of our team members to understand the project objectives and the steps necessary to work together to achieve them. Having served as a prime consultant on some projects and as a sub-consultant on others, we fully understand the dynamics of a team-oriented program.

The ability to work and communicate with others is a key element in the overall success of any program. Through years of experience, we have developed proven methods and tools for managing projects with both national and local sub-consultants on the team. By combining the experience of national firms with qualified local contractors, THC’s team approach maximizes community involvement through the use of local partnerships, especially with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Whether we are managing our own team or serving as a sub-consultant on another team, our effort and commitment remain at the same level of excellence throughout the project.
